1. Try Before You Buy

VirtuaDash offers a fully featured 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the software on your own system before purchasing a subscription.

Because of this trial period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.



2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not result in a refund of charges already paid. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.



Non-Refundable Purchases

All subscription payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in the limited circumstances described below.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

4. How to Request a Review

VirtuaDash uses Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all payments and refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Where required by law (including in certain EU jurisdictions), consumers may have a limited right of withdrawal for digital purchases. During checkout, you may be asked to consent to immediate access to the software, which may waive that right as permitted by law.
