1. Try Before You Buy
VirtuaDash offers a fully featured 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the software on your own system before purchasing a subscription.
Because of this trial period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not result in a refund of charges already paid. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Non-Refundable Purchases
All subscription payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in the limited circumstances described below.
3. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges — You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized payment — Your payment method was used without authorization.
- Activation failure — After purchase, your license cannot be activated and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Review
VirtuaDash uses Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all payments and refunds.

- Your Paddle order ID
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method via Paddle.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Where required by law (including in certain EU jurisdictions), consumers may have a limited right of withdrawal for digital purchases. During checkout, you may be asked to consent to immediate access to the software, which may waive that right as permitted by law.
